Engineering reliable software for systems where quality matters.

QA Engineer & FullStack Developer

I design and deliver enterprise banking software in regulated environments — nationwide platforms, real-time SWIFT/ARTS settlement, and automated quality pipelines across web, desktop, API and performance. Business requirements go in; dependable production systems come out.

What I Bring

What I bring to an engineering organization

I combine software engineering, quality engineering and business understanding to deliver systems that are reliable, maintainable and ready for real-world constraints.

  • 0

    I Think Beyond Code

Software succeeds when it satisfies business requirements, operational constraints, security expectations and quality standards — not only when it compiles. I work with business stakeholders to turn requirements into working systems that fit the organisation.

I Automate What Shouldn't Be Manual

Automated testing across web, desktop, API and performance layers, integrated into CI/CD — cutting manual testing effort by over 80% at Gulf Bank Algeria.

    I've Worked Where Failure Matters

Banking, payments and interbank settlement in a highly regulated environment: SWIFT/ARTS integration for real-time settlement, nationwide branch deployments, regulatory compliance from launch.

    I Measure Outcomes

Responsibilities are cheap; verified results are not. 177 branches served by one platform, 80%+ manual testing effort removed, compliance held from day one of launch.

    I Improve Engineering Culture

Defining testing standards and quality governance, integrating SonarQube into pipelines to enforce code quality and security, mentoring junior developers, and working close to development teams so regressions surface early.

    I Connect Business & Technology

Business requirement → technical solution → quality validation → production. IT governance, strategic IS planning and data-driven decision making are part of how I scope work, not an afterthought.

Engineering in Practice

Three problems, and how they were solved

Challenge, approach, engineering, result — written for people who have to judge whether the engineering underneath was sound.

Banque de Développement Local

A nationwide platform across 177 branches

Challenge

A nationwide business process — tourist allocation management — had to be handled reliably and consistently across every branch of a national bank, under regulatory scrutiny.

Approach

Design a centralized enterprise application capable of supporting nationwide operations, with business stakeholders involved early so functional requirements mapped cleanly onto the technical design.

Engineering

  • Enterprise application design on .NET / ASP.NET Core with SQL Server
  • Centralized business rules so 177 branches behave identically
  • Regulatory constraints modelled in the domain, not bolted on
  • Production support and incident reduction after go-live

Deployed across 177 branches

Regulatory compliance ensured from launch

Single source of truth for a nationwide process

What this demonstrates — Delivery under regulatory constraints, scale, business understanding and reliability.

Banque de Développement Local

Secure SWIFT / ARTS interbank settlement

Challenge

Interbank settlement is unforgiving: messages must be secure, correctly formatted and processed in real time. Reliability here is a business requirement, not a nice-to-have.

Approach

Build a secure integration layer between core banking and the SWIFT/ARTS rails, with explicit handling of message integrity, failure paths and traceability.

Engineering

  • Real-time settlement message processing
  • Secure integration and API design between internal and interbank systems
  • Defensive error handling and traceable message flow
  • Performance-aware design for critical system reliability

Real-time interbank settlement processing in production

Secure, auditable message handling

Critical banking rails supported without regulatory incident

What this demonstrates — Experience with systems where security, correctness and availability are contractual.

Gulf Bank Algeria

A test pyramid for banking applications

Challenge

Mission-critical banking applications were validated largely by hand — slow, inconsistent, and unable to catch regressions before release.

Approach

Define the QA strategy and quality governance first, then automate the critical paths layer by layer and push everything into the delivery pipeline.

Engineering

  • Selenium for web flows, FlaUI for desktop applications
  • Postman for API contract and regression coverage
  • JMeter for performance and load validation
  • SonarQube gates enforcing code quality and security in the pipeline

Manual testing effort reduced by over 80%

Regressions identified early, alongside development teams

Testing standards and quality governance formalised

What this demonstrates — An automation mindset applied to the whole stack, wired into CI/CD rather than run on the side.

How I Work

A lifecycle, not a hand-off

The same six steps whether it is a nationwide platform or a regression suite.

  1. 01

    Understand

Understand business requirements, regulatory constraints and what failure would actually cost.

  2. 02

    Design

Translate requirements into a practical technical approach: architecture, integrations, data, boundaries.

  3. 03

    Build

Develop maintainable software with SOLID principles, clean architecture and reviewed code.

  4. 04

    Validate

Automate the critical paths and validate functional, API, desktop and performance requirements.

  5. 05

    Deliver

Use CI/CD and quality gates — SonarQube, automated suites — so delivery is repeatable, not heroic.

  6. 06

    Improve

Monitor production, reduce incidents and technical debt, and feed findings back into the next cycle.

Problems I Can Help Solve

Framed the way organizations actually feel them

Not a service list — the recurring failure modes I have already worked through in production.

  • Critical application quality

Reducing production risk through structured QA strategy, quality governance and automation across every layer.

  • Repetitive manual testing

Replacing repetitive validation with reliable automated suites — the same work that removed 80%+ of manual effort.

  • Slow delivery cycles

Improving throughput with CI/CD, automated regression and quality gates that run without asking anyone.

  • Unstable applications

Performance validation, defensive design and production support practices that bring incident counts down.

  • Business / IT misalignment

Turning functional requirements into working systems stakeholders can recognise.

  • Quality at scale

Repeatable QA and engineering processes that hold up across teams, branches and releases.

Beyond the Stack

Engineering quality is decided long before the framework is chosen

Architecture
Application architecture and scalable system design, monolith or microservices, chosen for the constraint — not the trend.
Maintainability
SOLID, clean architecture, design patterns and code review practices that keep systems changeable.
Testing
Automated UI, desktop, API and performance coverage treated as part of the product, not a phase.
Security
Cybersecurity risk awareness, secure integrations, and static analysis gates on every pipeline.
Performance
Performance optimization and load validation before production discovers the limit.
Observability
Production support, incident reduction and traceable flows in critical systems.
Delivery
CI/CD, DevOps culture and automation so releases are repeatable and boring.
Business impact
IT governance, business–IT alignment and data-driven decision making tie engineering to outcomes.

Leadership

I don't just deliver — I help teams improve
